Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
• You may request a return or exchange within five days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
2. Refund
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@noisystreetss.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Include the RA number and a copy of your original receipt in the return package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange merchandise for a different colour, please specify the desired item when requesting an RA number.
5. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within two days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
